Unbound Wellness Collective uses Theranest for secure telehealth delivery and protected client communications. Detailed privacy practices and telehealth policies are provided through the Theranest platform.

Sessions will not be recorded or photographed. Clients agree not to record any portion of sessions.
Privacy laws and confidentiality protections apply to telemental health. Identifying information is not shared without consent.
Sessions use secure systems, but internet-based communication can never be 100% guaranteed. There are risks of interruptions or unauthorized access.
If video conferencing drops, you will have a backup phone line or pre-arranged plan for reconnecting.
In emergencies, the therapist may contact emergency services or the client’s emergency contact.
Office policies apply to telehealth. Session expectations and consent are reviewed prior to care.
A credit card or other payment method is established before the first session.
